• At the time of admission the insured will have to contact the insurance Department with their policy card, any photo ID proof (Aadhar, voter’s ID, Driving License or Pan Card)
• Claim Status will be informed or the insured can contact the Insurance Department
• Our Hospital gives the patients the privilege to credit bills until the claim is approved.
• If claim denied they will be liable to pay the bills.
